Where do we ship?
We ship anywhere in Canada.
Production
Every book is printed on demand, only after you order, by a network of professional partner print workshops. When possible, your book is printed at the workshop closest to your address, then shipped straight to your door.
Delivery times
The total time from order to your door is 5 to 12 days depending on your address (printing and transit included). Express orders are shipped with priority and arrive faster. These times are estimates from our printing partner; they are not guaranteed and may be longer during the holidays or if the carrier is delayed.

Shipping costs and applicable taxes (GST, QST or HST depending on your province) are shown before you pay, at checkout.
Tracking
As soon as your book ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.
Shipping address
Please check your address carefully when you order. You can correct it by emailing us before your book goes to print. A package returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address can be shipped again, with new shipping costs.
Damaged or lost package
See our refund policy: a damaged book is reprinted for free and a lost package is replaced.
